Pryglox™ Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Securely package the item and send it to the provided address

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
